Late 40s WFL 'Contest Model' 14x6.5" Mahogany

3-ply shell - mahogany (inner), poplar (middle), mahogany (outer). 8-lug design

All original nickel over brass hardware.

There is scratches and scuffs on the shell but it’s in great shape considering its age. Around the badge it appears some of the lacquer has worn away but is barely noticeable.

A lovely warm snare and not often seen up for sale.

Fresh off my bench in Sept 2020. Fitted with brand new Remo Vintage Ambassador and Ambassador snare side heads with brand new Puresound Custom Pro Steel wires.
