Shell spec: 3-ply maple-poplar-mahogany with solid maple reinforcing rings. Interior has original stained beige weak chocolate milk color.

The kit comes with brand new Remo Vintage Ambassador's on the batter and brand new Remo Fiberskyn Ambassador kick reso and Remo Powerstroke 3 clear batter kick. There are good condition Remo Clear Ambassador reso's on the toms. 

The kit comes with all original hardware: COB hoops, dampers on all toms, 'double set-o-matic' tom holder and all floor and kick legs/spurs. There are no extra holes or after market modifications. 

The 1969 catalog shows the 'Modern Solo Outfit' and 'New Rock Outfit' as having these sizes. The only difference, I believe between the two configurations was the sturider cymbal stands with the 'Modern Solo Outfit' and cymbal stands that go up to 58" high(!), with it in mind that this is just a shell pack for sale, it could be either configuration, but I have gone ahead with 'Modern Solo Outfit'. The 1969 catalog states: "The Modern Solo Outfit is designed for drummers who want additional tones in their solos."

The kit is in unrestored condition, but it's current condition illustrates how well it has been looked after. There are cracks in the satin flame finish, particularly around the lugs/mounts, which is of course very common, and to be expected.
