1-ply solid maple shell with maple rerings

All original chrome hardware including chrome over brass ‘rim shot’/'stick saver' hoops, internal tone control and Zoomatic snare strainer.

On the whole, the finish has aged pretty well for a sparkle finish. Obviously there is aging but this is to be expected.

The hardware has minor pitting and aging, again, to be expected.

There has been a gap between the 1-ply maple shell and reinforcing ring on the top edge that has been filled in. This will cause no issues. It isn’t separation or movement, it’s just the piece of wood the factory used mustn’t have been quite to today’s standards.

At some point the badge grommet was loose, causing the badge to spin round. This has left some surface scratches but can only be seen in certain lights. The badge is now secured.

The last bunch of Artist Model snares I’ve had in, have flown out.

Heads fit and the drum tunes up and down great.
