Late 70s Ludwig Acrolite 14x5"

Blue & Olive badge with serial number: 1881485, dating it to around 1978-79.

All original P85 strainer, butt end, internal damper and tension rods.

The original bottom hoop had issues with the bottom flange, not leaving enough room for a drum key to fit so I have switched it out for a 70s Ludwig Standard hoop.

This does exactly what an Acrolite does best…. sounds great!

The chrome work is in really nice shape. There is some aging, pitting, scratches and scuffs etc present, particularly on the shell but this is to be expected for its age.
