3 May 1966 Ludwig 'Jazz Festival' 14x5" in Sky Blue Pearl

Stripped, cleaned and polished in my workshop in Dec '17. Fitted with brand new Remo heads and Puresound wires. 

3-ply with re-rings.

Original wrap is tight. Edges are great. The lugs don't seem to be in the centre of the shell but this has no effect on the drum. The Beatles' are probably to blame for that classic Ludwig quality control! 

There is a date stamp but only 'May 3' is visible, but the serial number: 434774, dates it at 1966. 

Brand new P85 strainer works fresh. Hoops and tension rods are brand new. These will hold tension nicely. I have the same hoops on my Acrolite and they work great! 

Some of the internal white paint seems to have been redone and has drips down the batter side rering.
