October 1935 Ludwig & Ludwig Standard model 14x5" solid 1-ply maple shelled snare in original white marine pearl. 

In pretty remarkable condition for its age. All original with factory strainer, butt and damper all working as they should.

Freshly restored in my workshop and fitted with brand new Remo heads and Puresound wires. 

There are two hole in the shell, which to me look like a factory mistake for a butt end. The extra holes don't go through the wrap but there is a dimple in the wrap where perhaps a splinter of wood is touching the inside of the wrap.
